The Collective

The whole game.
One collective.

High stakes on the field, high support around the athlete — the model the West Coast family has run since 1997, built here for fastpitch from the first chalk line.

Around the athlete.

The Game

  • Camps & clinics Fall 2026
Small groups and real coaching — skill work built on what the lab actually measured, not a one-size drill sheet.
  • Team testing days Fall 2026
Full-squad lab days for club and collegiate programs: baselines, reports, and a debrief for the coaching staff.
  • Club program 2028
The team era launches with softball's Olympic summer. Built deliberately — coaching staff first, banner chases second.
Around the athlete · High support

The Support

  • West Coast Mind
Mental performance and the inner game — the same practice trusted across the family.
  • West Coast Body
Strength, conditioning, and athletic development, programmed off her own testing.
  • The Lab →
Testing, data, and better decisions — fastpitch-native, priced in public.
The Pathway

Stay home.
Play up.

The next level doesn't require leaving at fifteen. It requires developing on purpose, measuring what changes, and being seen by the programs that matter — NCAA, NAIA, national team. That's the pathway, and every step of it belongs to the athlete.

Step one

Develop

Camps, clinics, and around-the-athlete support — Mind, Body, and the Lab — pointed at her next level, not a trophy shelf.

Step two

Measure

Baseline, retest, repeat. Change you can see in the numbers, explained in plain language, turned into the three things to work on next.

Step three

Showcase

Her results, her film, her data — packaged for the coaches deciding rosters, in the language recruiting actually speaks.

Every athlete owns her data.

Every scan, capture, and report is hers to keep — to her own coaches, her physio, her next program. We'll hand it over gladly.

The Founding Era

Built in the open,
in order, with dates.

The same way the family builds everything. No vapourware, no fine print.

Fall 2026

The founding cohort. Pilot assessments open — the Baseline, the Hitter Lab, and the Windmill Lab's first athletes. Team testing days with collegiate and club programs.

Winter 2026–27

The build. Coaching staff, programs, and the windmill database growing with every capture.

May 2027

Beedie activation. Camps, clinics, and lab days at the field — pending final facility agreement with SFU Athletics & Recreation.

2028

The club era. Team program launch, timed to softball's Olympic summer.

Be founding, not first in line.

Founding-cohort registration opens September 2026 — athletes, families, coaches, and program partners.
