The West Coast Softball Collective is a sister collective to the West Coast Baseball Collective — same standards, same around-the-athlete model, same refusal to cut corners — with its own name, its own leadership, and its own game.

The Story

Not a baseball program
with a softball door.

Since 1997, the West Coast family has run one model: high stakes on the field, high support around the athlete. When it came time to bring that model to fastpitch, there was one non-negotiable — it had to be built for this sport, led from inside this sport. Softball voices in leadership, sport-native coaching and analytics, and a front door that belongs to fastpitch families alone.

What the family provides underneath is everything a founding program usually spends years earning: proven around-the-athlete practices, lab infrastructure, and nearly three decades of operating standards. What fastpitch provides on top is everything that matters.

Director of Operations

Runs the machine: scheduling, facilities, registration, and the hundred details between a family's first message and an athlete's first testing day. If it happens on time, it happened here first.

Biomechanist and fastpitch native. Multiple seasons building the analytics behind UBC and SFU Softball before building the lab here — the windmill database, the assessments, and the promise that every athlete owns her data.
